The research (the League's position on the sanctions against Libya and the decisions of the Council of the League concerning the Lockerbie issue and the position of the Al-Ahram and the Republic among them 1994-2001). Highlighting the role of the Secretary-General of the Arab League, Ismat Abdul Majid, and discussions with Libyan President yan Muammar al-Qadhafi to find solutions to the Libyan problem.
