Developing ones communication skill gives scope to the capable talents to express their opinions and ideas to the world they live in. Spoken English enables the learner to transform ones views, idea, opinions, emotions, thoughts, etc to gain information to analyse and solve problems and issues that they may be faced with. The study attempts to study the requirements and needs of the learners/students in using English as a medium of communication and to explore ways to enable the student to speak English fluently and confidently which in turn helps them in attain employment and be successful in their careers.
