In the history of development, intellectuals have always played an important role in the survival and prosperity of each country, especially since the world is changing strongly with the outstanding development of science and technology. In the process of international integration, the position and role of intellectuals have been enhanced and are constantly being consolidated and enhanced in quantity and quality, gradually meeting the requirements of the country's general development in the region's new situation. However, there are still certain limitations. The article analyzes the perspective and practice of developing intellectuals in Vietnam.
