A descriptive study to assess the knowledge a regarding career planning among eleventh standard students at Radha Madhav Public School of Bareilly (U.P) with view to develop information booklet regarding career in nursing profession

Career planning refers to the layout done by the eleventh standard student about their future course. The main objectives of the study were to assess the knowledge of eleventh standard students regarding career planning and to associate knowledge of eleventh standard students with their selected demographic variables that is ( age of the students, education of father, religion, type of family, sex, source of information, father occupation, number of siblings , dietary pattern, attending any counseling session.)Used quantitative research approach and select 40 eleventh standard students through non – probability purposive sampling technique at Radha Madhav Public School Bareilly U.P. result shows that the level of knowledge regarding Career Planning among eleventh standard students in elderly 33 (82.5%) had excellent regarding career planning among eleventh standard students , 7 (17.5%) had good regarding career planning among eleventh standard students .The mean of career planning among eleventh standard students were 32.533 and mean percentage is 81.33% and significant association between knowledge and all demographic variables.
