Results: The current study revealed that there were highly statistically significant differences regarding the scores of fatigue in the intervention group as compared to the control group ( P= <0.05). a statistically significant difference between the groups was reported about postpartum blues levels after foot massage intervention. Conclusion: Foot massage was useful in reducing postpartum blues and fatigue levels among pregnant women.
