The development of product and packaging of community enterprises for income increasing in Ranong Province

Community enterprises working in Thailand has vital importance to generate income for the people which has important contribution to the economic well-being. However, the achievement of higher performance in community enterprises is a challenge. In this way, the current study proposed the important role of product development and product packaging to promote community enterprise performance in Thailand. Questionnaire is used for data collection from the community enterprises working in Ranong province, Thailand. 148 valid responses are received from the employee working among community enterprises. Findings highlighted that product development has positive influence to enhance economic wellbeing with the help of community enterprises performance. Furthermore, product packaging also plays influential role in economic well-being by improving the community enterprise performance.
