Behavior Based Safety (BBS) is a course of action that informs management and employees of the general safety of the workplace through safety observations. BBS is proposed to focus workers' attention on their own and their peers' daily safety behavior. Then it is a process aimed at reinforcing daily behavior by employees and leaders through safety prevention, reducing the risks of accidents in the workplace.
