Abstract

The main of reformulated conventional lidocaine to structural nano lidocaine was to avoid the side effect of lidocaine with decrease the dose and toxic effect and the structural Nano lipid loaded lidocaine (SNLlidocaine) reach deeply to the nerve which made animals always anaesthetic and reduce the pain. Success of creation loaded lidocaine in Nano- lipid with maintain the categorized chemical function and promise the new generation of safeness lidocaine and Nano behaver.
