The purpose of this paper is to highlight the importance of transferable skills in relation to the employability and role of teaching strategies in university. Employability presently assumes a significant part in the process of giving birth market approaches. The idea of 'employability' is broadly acknowledged as monetary technique advanced by key supranational foundations and work market strategy at the public, territorial and neighborhood levels.
