A focus group was used to provide a basis for the survey. The survey contained effect of medical traveller’s satisfaction on their Intention to revisit for medical tourism and six hypothetical responses written according to the proposed medical traveller’s satisfaction on their Intention to revisit for medical tourism regression model development.
