The following is a list of abstracting and indexing databases, repositories, and bibliographic listings, that cover International Journal of Physical Sciences and Engineering (IJPSE):

Bielefeld University Library BASE is one of the world's most voluminous search engines especially for academic web resources. BASE provides more than 120 million documents from more than 6,000 sources. You can access the full texts of about 60% of the indexed documents for free (Open Access). BASE is operated by Bielefeld University Library. BASE is indexing the metadata of all kinds of academically relevant resources - journals, institutional repositories, digital collections etc. - which provide an OAI interface and use OAI-PMH for providing their contents (see our Golden Rules for Repository Managers and learn more about OAI at the Open Archives Initiative or Wikipedia). The index is continuously enhanced by integrating further sources (you can suggest a source which is not indexed yet). We are working on several new features like a claiming service for authors within the ORCID DE project. BASE is a registered OAI service provider. Database managers can integrate the BASE index into their local infrastructure (e.g. meta search engines, library catalogues). Further on there are several tools and services for users, database and repository managers.

Crossref is registered as Publishers International Linking Association, Inc. (PILA) in New York, USA. You can view our certificate of incorporation and by laws. We have tax exempt status in the US as a 501(c)6 organization. Here is our antitrust policy and our conflict of interest policy. The board of directors governs Crossref. They meet three times a year and oversee the organization, set its strategic direction and make sure that Crossref fulfills its mission. A list of motions for the last few years is available. 

Directory Indexing of International Research Journals (Citefactor) is a service that provides access to quality controlled Open Access Journals. The Directory indexing of journal aims to be comprehensive and cover all open access scientific and scholarly journals that use an appropriate quality control system, and it will not be limited to particular languages or subject areas. The aim of the Directory is to increase the visibility and ease of use of open access scientific and scholarly journals thereby promoting their increased usage and impact.

Mendeley Institutional Edition is an institutional version of Mendeley with premium user features and additional institutional support. Enhanced and expanded, it is a product based on our core Mendeley capabilities and includes the additional following features and competency for researchers and librarians. 

 

EndNote X8 is Research Smarter is able to leave behind the tedious work of formatting bibliographies, finding full text, and searching for references. 

GARUDA (Garba Rujukan Digital) indexing database is in the RISTEKDIKTI (Ministry of Research, Technology and Higher Education of Republic Indonesia).

 

Google Scholar is a freely accessible web search engine that indexes the full text of scholarly literature across an array of publishing formats and disciplines. The Google Scholar index includes most peer-reviewed online journals of Europe and America's largest scholarly publishers, plus scholarly books and other non-peer reviewed journals. It is similar in function to the freely available Scirus from ElsevierCiteSeerX, and getCITED. It is also similar to the subscription-based tools, Elsevier's Scopus and Thomson ISI's Web of Science

Islamic World Science Citation Database (ISC) is a citation index established by the Iranian Ministry of Science, Research and Technology after it was approved by the Organisation of the Islamic Conference. In 2009, ISC partnered with Scopus that allows ISC's publications to be indexed in Scopus.

Sherpa Romeo is an online resource that aggregates and analyses publisher open access policies from around the world and provides summaries of publisher copyright and open access archiving policies on a journal-by-journal basis.

Indonesian Publication Index is designed for browsing, indexing, abstracting, monitoring and improving the standard of scholarly publications in Indonesia. Currently, there are over 3000 Indonesian journals for inclusion in the IPI database. The contents are very important to be made visible globally so that Indonesian academics and researchers can be identified his/her expertise, areas of possible collaboration, stimulate use and citations. The establishment of Indonesian Publication Index (formerly Portal Garuda Indonesian Publication Index) initiated by Institute of Advanced Engineering and Science Indonesia Section (IAES) Indonesia Section.

 

International Scientific Indexing (ISI) server provides indexing of major international journals and proceedings. Author can get information about international journal impact factor, proceedings (research papers) and information on upcoming events. All the journal pages have pointers to Web pages of the publishers which are integrated into the ISI stream pages.The purpose is to increase the visibility and ease of use of open access scientific and scholarly journals. If your journal is indexed & got validated stamp from ISI, you can request for the calculation of impact factor for your journal. ISI is a service that provides access to quality controlled Open Access Journals. The ISI aims to be comprehensive and cover all open access scientific and scholarly journals that use an appropriate quality control system, and it will not be limited to particular languages or subject areas. The aim of the ISI is to increase the visibility and ease of use of open access scientific and scholarly journals thereby promoting their increased usage and impact.

The ICI World of Journals gathers information regarding scientific journals from various sources. Thus, we share comprehensive information regarding the scope of journals' activity, editorial offices and articles published by the scientific journals. International journals from all over the world may register in the ICI World of Journals, a dedicated system has been made available to manage the Journal's Passport.

Neliti is a research repository that helps researchers and decision makers in Indonesia find research, data, and evidence. Their index is to journal articles, books, research reports, policy papers, conference papers and datasets from universities, government bodies, corporate publishers, and think tanks. They created Neliti to address the need for a single repository that collects together important Indonesian research that was previously scattered around the web and difficult to find. Through aggregating research in one database, our goal is to support policymakers and researchers to create evidence-based policy and improve the lives of the Indonesian people.

OAI Organization is the Open Archives Initiative develops and promotes interoperability standards that aim to facilitate the efficient dissemination of content. The Open Archives Initiative has its roots in an effort to enhance access to e-print archives as a means of increasing the availability of scholarly communication. Continued support of this work remains a cornerstone of the Open Archives program. The fundamental technological framework and standards that are developing to support this work are, however, independent of both the type of content offered and the economic mechanisms surrounding that content, and promise to have much broader relevance in opening up access to a range of digital materials. As a result, the Open Archives Initiative is currently an organization and an effort explicitly in transition and is committed to exploring and enabling this new and broader range of applications. As we gain greater knowledge of the scope of applicability of the underlying technology and standards being developed and begin to understand the structure and culture of the various adopter communities, we expect that we will have to make continued evolutionary changes to both the mission and organization of the Open Archives Initiative.

Indonesia OneSearch or IOS is a continuously evolving search portal for all public materials from Indonesian libraries, museums, and archives. IOS also provides access to the subscribed e-resources for all registered members. It is a featured program by the National Library of Indonesia. To participate in IOS, every repository should provide an API based on the OAI-PMH (Open Archive Initiatives) protocol. This is a widely used protocol in the open repository world, used by more than 75% of all repositories in the world.

One Repo, aims to solve the problem of IR fragmentation by providing a single point for searching all of the world's IRs. It has been created by Index Data, a small, privately owned software house with a history of open-source software and a strong open-access ethos. The One Repo aggregates records from numerous back-end databases primarily, but not necessarily institutional repositories and integrates them into a single easy-to-use UI. Not only that, but access to the underlying data is provided via a simple XML web-service, allowing third-party UIs and other applications to be created using the integrated database.

OpenDOAR is the quality-assured global directory of academic open access repositories. It enables the identification, browsing and search for repositories, based on a range of features, such as location, software or type of material held. Tools and support enable both repository administrators and service providers to share best practice and improve the quality of the repository infrastructure.

ROAD (Directory of Open Access Scholarly Resources) is the International Centre for the registration of serial publications – CIEPS. The CIEPS, also known as the ISSN International Centre, is an intergovernmental organization which manages at the international level the identification and the description of serial publications and ongoing resources, print and online, in any subject.  

 

Scientific & Literature is the name Scilit uses components of the words “scientific” and “literature”. This database of scholarly works is developed and maintained by the open access publisher MDPI. Scilit is a comprehensive, free database for scientists using a new method to collate data and indexing scientific material. Our crawlers extract the latest data from CrossRef and PubMed on a daily basis. This means that newly published articles are added to Scilit immediately.  Several public services have been developed based on Scilit data: SciFeedStatistics & rankings , Related articles widget Scitations.

Simon Fraser University Library. The PKP Index is a database of articles, books, and conference proceedings using PKP's free, open source Open Journal Systems, Open Monograph Press, and Open Conference Systems software applications. The Index covers all subject areas and includes content from publishers from around the world.

WorldCat is provided by OCLC Online Computer Library Center, Inc. on behalf of its member libraries. WorldCat is the world's largest network of library content and services. WorldCat libraries are dedicated to providing access to their resources on the Web, where most people start their search for information.
