Abstract

Immune system is defined as the variety of cells and molecules that have involved in protecting humans/animals from the invasion of pathogenic microorganisms/antigens. The  immune system structures;  thymus  spleen,  lymph  nodes  and  specific immunity  cells which plays a major role in the immune mechanism. This review paper describes the various effects of micro and macro nutrients on the immune system of the human body.
