Abstract

This research was conducted to know the effect of Accountability, Quality commitment, Excellent service, Anti-corruption and Public ethics (AQEAP) on the performance of civil servant teachers in Denpasar-Bali. This study used the Full Model Structural Equation Model (SEM). The populations in this study were civil servant teachers from the class of 2019 in Denpasar City. The sampling technique used was the census method, which used the entire population as the research sample. All data were collected using a questionnaire technique with a Likert scale. The SEM analysis process in this study was assisted by using IBM AMOS Version 26 software. The results showed that there was a significant influence between AQEAP on the performance of civil servant teachers in Denpasar-Bali. So it is very important to develop these five variables to support teacher performance.
